Brought my car in in May due to my door locks firing by themselves repeatedly. At the time they diagnosed it as the door lock actuators needing to be replaced and charged me $2,500 for it. Additionally they tried to say that there was some issue with my windows that needed replacing for an additional $900 on top of that. When I expressed my reasonable concern that there were no issues with my windows when I brought it in, they took another look and realized they made an error. I knew exactly what deal I was looking for as I had done my research on the Nissan Frontier. Went for a test drive at another Nissan but it just didn’t work. Upon arriving Arely showed me the inventory and was patient with me as I kept telling her I was more interested in the numbers, overall it was fair deal and the service was great

I can’t believe what I’m reading in these reviews . I find it comical that Joe Garcia is only responding to the good and fake reviews . This dealership turned my entire life upside down and absolutely ruined it with the scam they used to get me there . And have the proof that I was lured there under false pretenses . The service was fast and quick the service guy was very nice and efficient and told me if I need something else need fixing

Main problem with my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. Ordered part required 1 1/2 day for completion. Costly repair for 55k miles on my vehicle (1200$)! Is my only complaint! Need a dependable vehicle. Too much time spent in repair shop!

My sales women arely was helpful and I never felt pressured. I initially came in for a recall on my 2018 rogue and decided it would be worth a shot to try to get into a newer car. When I say the process was almost effortless, had such a bad experience with my 2018 rogue i almost skipped out but arely convinced me and im so happy she did.

While waiting for the completion of my oil change (I was sent a coupon which priced the synthetic oil cheaper than doing it myself) I talked to a dozen of the staff. All were very courteous. A free complete check of filters , fluids and brakes were made in the service department and I was provided a list of items that needed to be addressed. I am "old school" and can do all of the maintenance items myself and welcomed not feeling any pressure from the service associate to have the maintenance done by the dealership.

Deon was a great help 10/10 customer service very friendly. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle

I had a great time a tom peacock, i came to get my 2023 pathfindfinder service on last year and talked with Elio about getting my daughter a car. When he told me they would running specials on the new nissan kicks i was very happy. I just made a purchase and will be surprising her for her birthday, this month.
